Job summary

AMICO Group in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team with accurate, prompt operational sales support for internal and external customers. You will prepare quotations, orders, and assist with RFQs and invoicing, while coordinating with accounting on banking guarantees.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3–8 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service within the medical device/healthcare sector; Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution.
• 3–8 years of experience as Sales coordinator or Customer Service coordinator in medical device/healthcare.
• Excellent multitasking, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations.
• Prepare the Sales Orders based on Customer Purchase orders.
• Propose manpower and optimize workload distribution and cover during leaves.
• Follow up, report and organize purchase orders specifications books.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of RFQs.
• Follow up on quotations, receive and implement the Purchase Order.
• Update system price lists.
• Prepare and communicate Bank Guarantee requests to Accounting.
• Issue invoices to customers and return vouchers.
• File Quotations and RFQs.
• Archive Catalogues and arrange replenishment.
