Job summary

Kids Zone is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Lead in Dubai to own monthly revenue targets across parties, playgroups, workshops, and corporate events. You will be on the floor with parents, closing bookings and guiding a team of 6–8, ensuring high standards daily and across all services.

You will drive the sales pipeline using our CRM and AI tools, handle key enquiries, and build partnerships with schools and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams and meeting monthly sales targets.
• Strong numerical skills, reporting ability, and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication with parents and children; calm under a busy weekend rush.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue targets across parties, playgroups, workshops, Drop Shop and events.
• Maintain active sales pipeline; follow up enquiries and convert to bookings using CRM/AI tools.
• Oversee daily operations: opening/closing, scheduling, safety, cleanliness, brand standards.
• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 with clear priorities and weekly reviews.
• Engage in high-value bookings and corporate events; develop school and community partnerships.
• Provide weekly performance reports with moves, misses, and plans.

Kids Zone has been Dubai families favourite place to play learn and celebrate since 2009 at Souk Al Bahar next to Dubai Mall We run birthday parties an indoor play area the Ready for School Playgroup workshops Drop Shop childcare and corporate events and we are now growing through franchising

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Lead who owns the results This is not a desk job you are on the floor on the phone with parents closing bookings and leading the team by example You will drive the centre s monthly revenue targets across all our services keep the sales pipeline moving and make sure the centre runs to a high standard every single day

What you will own

• Monthly revenue targets across parties play playgroup workshops Drop Shop and corporate events
• The sales pipeline every enquiry followed up converted or closed with a reason using our CRM and AI tools
• Daily operations opening and closing standards scheduling safety cleanliness and brand standards
• Leading and coaching a team of 6 to 8 by example with clear daily priorities and weekly reviews
• Handling enquiries and closing bookings yourself especially the bigger parties and corporate events
• Corporate school and community partnerships that bring repeat business
• A weekly report to the owner what moved what didn t and your plan for next week

Who we are looking for

• A proven target achiever: you have worked to monthly sales or revenue targets and can show how you performed (for example % of target achieved, growth you delivered)
• 3+ years leading teams in family entertainment, leisure, hospitality, retail or education, ideally in the UAE
• Strong with numbers, reports and a CRM, and calm on a busy weekend floor
• Warm, patient and reassuring with parents and young children; child safety and safeguarding matter to you
• Comfortable with evening closing shifts and weekends (we are open 365 days a year)
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
