You will manage staff, handle bookings, coordinate with maintenance, drive upselling memberships and events, and work with marketing on promotions. Strong English communication and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in kids entertainment or indoor play
• Experience with brand-like play areas preferred
• Proven leadership and staff management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the play area ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of staff, supervisors, and animators
• Ensure safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies
• Manage party bookings, events, and group reservations to maximize revenue
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to keep equipment in top condition
• Drive upselling of memberships, birthday packages, and add-on services
• Schedule staff, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
