Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a proactive Sales Merchandiser to support product visibility, availability, and in-store execution across assigned UAE retail outlets.

You will visit outlets, ensure proper displays, monitor stock, coordinate with store staff, and report on stock, promotions, and market feedback to help achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication, basic Excel, and the ability to manage multiple outlets along a planned route.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/Merchandising/Retail/FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and product displays.
• Good reporting and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and positioned according to merchandising standards.
• Monitor product availability and avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Arrange shelves, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials.
• Check pricing, product labels, expiry dates, and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with store staff and supervisors on stock replenishment.
• Support sales by promoting products and engaging with customers when required.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
• Maintain daily sales and merchandising reports.
• Ensure promotional campaigns are implemented correctly in stores.
• Build good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Report stock issues, damages, and market feedback to the sales team.
• Support achievement of sales and distribution targets.
