Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Dubai seeks a Sales & Marketing Engineer (Inside) to understand the technical aspects of the company products and services and provide technical support to customers. You will collaborate with the outside sales team and engineers to tailor solutions and drive successful proposals.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to help grow the customer base and ensure post-sales success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical sales role.
• Engineering degree in Instrumentation or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical products and services.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
• Work closely with the outside sales team to propose suitable technical solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products or solutions based on customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and technical documents for sales activities.
• Provide post-sales technical support and guidance.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support lead-generation activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
