Job summary

AMMT seeks a dynamic Sales Manager – Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation to lead UAE sales for the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, manage key partnerships, and guide a high-performing sales team within the UAE healthcare market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE experience, a related degree (MBA preferred), and a strong network among physiotherapy centers, hospitals, and clinics. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing key partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team within the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation product portfolio.
• Develop, manage, and expand partnerships with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation equipment.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market penetration and achieve sustainable growth within the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physiotherapy centers, rehabilitation hospitals, hospitals, clinics, sports medicine centers, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, tender participation, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's position within the UAE Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
• Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market opportunities to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience as a Sales Manager in the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation market with an established network of physiotherapy centers, rehabilitation hospitals, clinics, sports medicine facilities, and healthcare professionals.
• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams with clear targets and KPIs.
• Strong business development, negotiation, key account management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a comprehensive Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation product portfolio.
• Established relationships with rehabilitation hospitals, physiotherapy centers, sports medicine facilities, government healthcare entities, distributors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and healthcare decision-makers in the UAE.
• Experience managing international principals, suppliers, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare procurement processes, tenders, and market dynamics related to Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation equipment.
• Experience launching new products and expanding market share within the rehabilitation sector.
