Job summary

AMMT seeks a dynamic Sales Manager – Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation to lead UAE sales for the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, manage key partnerships, and guide a high-performing sales team within the UAE healthcare market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years UAE experience, a related degree (MBA preferred), and a strong network among physiotherapy centers, hospitals, and clinics. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Sales Manager in Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation equipment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic advantageous.
Strong network with UAE physiotherapy centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve KPIs.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation portfolio.
Develop and expand partnerships with international principals, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration and sustainable growth.
Build relationships with physiotherapy centers, hospitals, clinics, and decision-makers.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen, engagement, tender participation, negotiations, closure.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen UAE market position.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Analyze sales forecasts and opportunities to support decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams for effective strategy execution and customer service.
Represent AMMT at industry events and meetings to promote portfolio.
