Job summary

Oil States in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its conductor and casing product line across the Middle East. You will build regional business, deepen customer relationships and drive strategic sales initiatives within the oil and gas industry.

Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, you will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, support commercial negotiations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; proven technical sales experience.
• Experience in conductor, casing or OCTG markets and tender management.
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Middle East sales strategy to drive growth.
• Identify drilling activities and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
• Collaborate with technical, drilling, procurement and commercial teams.
• Support tender submissions, quotations and negotiations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, service and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor regional market trends.
• Travel regularly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq.

Role Overview

Oil States is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its conductor and casing product line across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role offers a commercially driven professional the opportunity to expand regional business, strengthen customer relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives within the oil and gas industry. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, the successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key customer accounts, support commercial negotiations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Frequent travel across the Middle East will be an essential part of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel regularly throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the Conductor, Casing, or OCTG market.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of conductor, casing, and OCTG products; skilled in tender management, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management.
• Core Competencies: Strong commercial acumen and business development skills; excellent relationship-building and account management abilities; strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects and work independently; willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East.
