Job summary

Mondelēz International in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Lead to grow our regional business across Iraq and Jordan. You will build distributor networks, tailor sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories.

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver promotions, monitor performance, and report progress to regional leadership. Fluency in English and Arabic and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG or distribution-focused roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing distributors and driving results.
• Familiarity with sales landscape in Iraq and Jordan.
