Job summary

Fairmont The Palm in Dubai, a luxury resort, seeks an experienced sales professional to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. You will solicit groups and banquets, quote based on pricing strategies, and manage RFPs using Lanyon, Cvent and Meeting Broker platforms.

Maintain accounts in Anais, collaborate with Catering & Conference Service to ensure flawless execution, and prepare routine sales reports while balancing operational and administrative needs with guest satisfaction in mind.

Qualifications

• Previous 5-star hotel sales experience is required.
• Established contacts with local DMCs and corporate accounts; international groups a plus.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly accountable and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
