If you've built a career in recruitment, real estate, brokerage or any other commission-driven sales role, you already have what matters most: you can open doors, build relationships and close. What you'll do

• Win new business across B2B and B2C, building corporate relationships and a private client portfolio
• Look after existing clients and drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet clients at their offices, homes and appointments across the UAE
• Own the CRM: leads, relationships and pipeline
• Plan and run targeted social media and email campaigns to bring in enquiries

What you'll bring

• A track record of winning new business, ideally in recruitment, real estate, brokerage or another target-driven sales role
• Experience with high-value, relationship-led sales, whether that's placing candidates, closing property deals or managing client portfolios
• A strong existing network in the UAE
• A natural eye for style and a personable, professional manner
• The drive to work on your own and own your growth
• Confidence with CRM systems and digital campaigns
• A valid UAE driving licence
