Job summary

Ecojob in Sharjah is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting the Indian market. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, and build strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.

The role requires proven sales leadership in the Indian market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM software. This is a part-time position (without accommodation) suitable for candidates with their own visa.

Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional? Do you have experience in the Indian market and are looking for a new challenge? We are currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah!

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients in the Indian market. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue through successful sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
• Excellent understanding of Indian culture, business practices, and customer behavior

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Sharjah (no English required)

This is a part-time position (without accommodation) suitable for individuals who already have their own visa.
