Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and collection targets in the assigned territory and manage Company showrooms, dealers, and hospitality customers.
• Lead business development, providing leadership to a sales team of more than 70 sales force across the Middle East (Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and North Africa.
• Design strategies for various markets – recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs, and launching new products for various segments.
• Conduct training programs for company sales staff and dealer salesmen.
• Design and implement promotional schemes and launch new products in the territory.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve business in the territory.
• Think strategically, be an effective team player, and be a good thinker and strategist.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute.
• At least 20 years of experience handling Retail, Hospitality and Dealer Segments in GCC in the consumer durable industry (e.g., mattresses, electronics, building materials, etc.).
• Preference for experience in dealing with the hospitality industry in GCC markets and company-operated retail showrooms.
• At least 10 years of experience managing sales force in GCC.
• Age group 42–45 years.
