Aljawaher Alarabiya in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the regional sales team, shape growth strategies, and strengthen client relationships. You will analyze market trends, forecast sales, and coordinate with marketing to align promotions with revenue targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales leadership, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans in a dynamic F&B environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Results-oriented mindset.
