Job Summary

The Sales Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing sales support functions and maintenance operations to ensure efficient business performance. This role leads maintenance planning, supervises technicians or support staff, coordinates with clients or internal teams and helps drive sales growth through service quality, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for clients
• Evaluate the needs of the client and make a proposal
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of repair and service tasks
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities or assets
• Supervise maintenance staff, contractors or service technicians
• Monitor service quality, response times and customer satisfaction
• Support sales efforts by managing client relationships and identifying service opportunities
• Prepare quotes, proposals, service agreements, and follow-up communications
• Track maintenance costs, budgets, inventory and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer complaints, service issues and operational escalations
• Collaborate with sales operations and technical teams to improve workflow and service delivery
• Maintain reports on maintenance performance, sales activity and key metrics
• Train staff on procedures, customer service and operational best practices
