Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass yearly sales budget by supporting the Directors.
• Assist leadership of Sales Team in absence of directors.
• Attend meetings, client appointments, and events.
• Manage key accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
• Prospect new accounts across assigned markets including Europe.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with hotel services.
• Prepare annual sales action plans and assist budget preparation.
• Cross-sell Kempinski properties and ensure SMART contracting.
• Maintain and update the Opera database.
