Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales in the Management of the Sales Team especially in the absence of the Director of Sales.
• Attend internal meetings and client appointments and events in the absence of the Director of Sales and the Commercial Director.
• Manage key accounts, maximize revenue and increase market share.
• Prospect new accounts and cover assigned markets, including Europe.
• Conduct site inspections and participate in trade shows and events in assigned markets.
• Prepare annual sales action plan and assist in budgeting with forecasts.
• Execute sales actions within budget constraints and cross-sell other Kempinski Hotels.
• Document sales actions in SFA and update Opera database.
