The candidate should have a university degree, 5+ years in a 4/5 star hotel, excellent English and local language skills, and strong negotiation and selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales in managing the Sales Team.
• Attend meetings, calls, client appointments and events in the Director's absence.
• Manage key accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
• Prospect new accounts and cover assigned markets, including Europe.
• Conduct site inspections and adhere to SOPs.
• Follow up tentative bookings and keep Opera database updated.
