Job summary

RoboHub.ae in Dubai is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Robotics to support B2B sales and customer outreach. You will learn robot capabilities, assist in showroom demonstrations, and coordinate with the sales team to drive opportunities.

You’ll engage with potential customers in a fast-paced tech environment, maintain accurate CRM records, and work toward measurable monthly targets while gaining hands-on experience in robotics sales.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, directories, exhibitions, networking, and other outreach activities to generate new sales opportunities.
• Customer Follow-Up & Support: Follow up with new and existing leads, understand their basic requirements, share approved product information, and schedule showroom demonstrations, meetings, or calls with the sales team where required.
• Product Learning & Demonstrations: Learn the features, applications, and limitations of the robots and support the sales team during showroom demonstrations, client meetings, exhibitions, and presentations.
• CRM & Sales Coordination: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer requirements, follow-ups, and opportunity status in the CRM, ensuring assigned leads are regularly updated and followed up.
• Sales Performance: Work towards assigned monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities while supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into customers.
