Job summary

Gulf Workforce in Abu Dhabi aims to hire a seasoned sales professional with UAE experience in fit-out and signage to drive new business and manage key client relationships.

You will visit sites, coordinate with design production and operations teams, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and track progress to ensure customer satisfaction. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage; a UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants designers and corporate clients.
• Promote fit-out signage exhibition branding and display solutions.

• Coordinate with design production and installation teams.
• Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales pipelines reports and customer records.
• Identify opportunities across retail hospitality F&B corporate exhibition and construction sectors.

Main Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UAE sales experience in the fit-out and signage industry.
• Strong knowledge of signboards signage kiosks exhibition stands displays and branding solutions.
• Existing UAE customer/client network highly preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and target achievement.
• Strong UAE market knowledge.
• Experience in field sales and client visits.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• English fluency required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with design production and operations teams.
