Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah) seeks a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive in-store sales, provide product knowledge, styling support, and meet sales targets. You will manage online/omnichannel orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

You will coordinate click & collect, online returns/exchanges, stock transfers, and daily store operations including cash handling and merchandising, while ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using POS systems, online order management platforms, and basic digital tools.
• Good understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, returns/exchanges, and retail operations.
