Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision. The role involves generating and maintaining customers within defined accounts and areas through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment, and includes key responsibilities such as:

  • Maintaining high visibility for the hotel through direct sales
  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of managerial and departmental staff for effective client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity
  • Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets
  • Selling to transient and group business, including meetings
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies
  • Formulating corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence
  • Providing feedback on market conditions and competition trends through direct sales, telephone, or direct mail

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Preferably holding a degree in sales & marketing with at least two years of post-graduate experience in a similar role. Good computer skills and fluency in English are essential.
