Role Description

The Sales Executive role at RMA PPF is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the Sales Executive develops and manages a pipeline of prospects and customers, conducts in-person consultations, and presents RMA PPF’s Paint Protection Film solutions to meet client needs. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. The role involves collaborating with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, following up with customers after installation, and nurturing long-term relationships. The Sales Executive also participates in promotional activities, showroom engagements, and local networking to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to build and manage a customer pipeline.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, including active listening and solution-focused communication.
• Basic knowledge of automotive care or detailing, with interest in car aesthetics and protective solutions such as Paint Protection Film.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfort with using CRM systems or sales tracking tools, and basic proficiency with common office software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to organize workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or B2C customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
