Job summary

مجموعة الطاير in Dubai seeks a sales professional to plan, initiate and conduct the corporate sales process for rental and lease products, targeting GCC markets and contributing to sales targets.

You will identify corporate prospects, qualify needs, maintain relationships, coordinate deliveries, submit reports, and follow up on payments, with 3–6 years of GCC lease sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in lease sales in the GCC market.
• Degree in any discipline or equivalent with O/A Levels certificate.

Responsibilities

• Explore market opportunities and identify corporate customers for rental and lease sales.
• Discuss requirements, qualify needs and propose suitable product/financial solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with operations for deliveries and pickups and ensure contracts are signed.
• Prepare visit/call reports and report performance data to management.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and gather market intelligence.
• Follow up on sales payments when delayed.

To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the corporate customers and contribute in achieving the sales targets

Responsibilities

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Explore market opportunities and identify (corporate) customers who could be approached to discuss rental and lease sales business. Generate enquiries through cold calls and other prospective means to approach potential customers.
• Discuss requirements with the customers, identify and qualify their needs and propose a solution that meets their requirements effectively with right product-mix, model –mix and financial constraints.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers to sustain existing and acquire additional business.
• Coordinate with the operations for the deliveries and pick ups, ensure the contracts are signed by the customers and forwarded to the accounts.
• Prepare/ maintain visit/ call reports/log highlighting salient feature and advise the Manager of the same. Report daily/weekly/ monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/ budgeted performance. Recommend plans for improvement and enhancement of the business.
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manager and General Manager
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence from external sources in order to feel the pulse of the market trends, stay ahead of competition and meet customer’s needs.
• Follow up on sales payments with customers when they have been delayed
