Job summary

Sun Power-Gen (Engineering) seeks a Sales Executive to identify and secure new customers for machining and fabrication services in the UAE. You will visit clients, review RFQs, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive orders while maintaining CRM records and reports.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background or relevant sales experience, plus 2–4 years in manufacturing sectors and UAE/GCC market familiarity. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant sales experience.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services.
• Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements.
• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports.
