Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and sell Volvo construction equipment within Dubai and the North Emirates. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to quotation and delivery, and work to exceed budgeted targets.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least five years of UAE sales experience in the distributor/dealer network, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar UAE sales role.
• Experience with distributor/dealer sales, focusing on customer engagement and territory management.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Volvo construction equipment in Dubai and the North Emirates; manage the full sales process.
• Provide timely quotations and ensure delivery with minimal receivables; meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business; expand the customer base.
• Remain updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with company systems and client reporting.
