KSS Building Materials Trading Co. LLC in the UAE seeks a Specification Consultant to engage MEP and master developers to secure product approvals and integrate KSS drainage systems early in designs.

You will deliver technical hydraulic advisory, layout optimization, and compelling presentations on polymer concrete loading classifications A15 to F900, flow dynamics, and hydraulic capacities. Additionally you will cultivate relations with main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and landscaping

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in technical sales for construction projects in UAE or GCC
• Experience with contractors and consultants to secure tenders
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Engage target consultants and developers to secure product approvals and integrate drainage systems early in designs
• Provide technical hydraulic advisory and layout optimization with polymer concrete loading classifications A15 to F900
• Develop tender quotations by reviewing drawings, BOQ, and specs to produce competitive submittals
• Maintain relationships with main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and landscaping firms to capture tenders
• Track projects from inception to site execution to ensure timely delivery

Target MEP civil and landscaping consultants principal architects and master developers to secure product approvals and integrate KSS drainage systems into project schematics early in the design phase

Technical Hydraulic Advisory

Deliver comprehensive engineering support layout optimizations and technical presentations regarding polymer concrete loading classifications A15 to F900 flow dynamics and hydraulic capacities

Contractor Subcontractor Relations

Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with main contractors MEP subcontractors and specialized landscaping firms to capture active tender packages

Tender Quotation Management

Review architectural and MEP drawings bills of quantities BOQ and project specifications to construct competitive commercial proposals and technical submittals

Pipeline Project Lifecycle Tracking

Monitor target projects continuously from inception through design development tendering award and site execution ensuring flawless delivery coordination

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of dedicated technical sales experience dealing with construction projects, contractors, and consultants within the UAE or GCC market

• Advanced ability to read, interpret, and evaluate engineering and MEP layout drawings.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets within the regional construction sector.
• Valid UAE Driving License is strictly required.
