Zooma Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking ambitious Emirati sales professionals to transition into property consultancy. Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) required.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, banking, automotive, retail, insurance, or related client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service approach.
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in real estate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and investment objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other business-development activities.
• Present suitable residential and investment property options to clients.
• Conduct property presentations and arrange property viewings.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and assist with the closing of property transactions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, new developments, projects, and market trends.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Emirati professionals with a background in sales who are interested in building a successful career in the UAE's dynamic real estate industry.
