The role blends nail expertise with sales acumen to drive growth through professional demonstrations, training, and strategic account development across salons and beauty professionals in the UAE.

You will lead product demonstrations, train teams, and identify opportunities to introduce new brands while building lasting client relationships in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified nail technician or beauty professional.
• 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience with strong sales exposure.
• Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with pricing, promotions, and account management understanding.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
