MADI International in the UAE is seeking a passionate Professional Educator and Nail Trainer to grow our salon business. You will combine hands-on nail techniques with professional product demonstrations to drive sales and expand our presence across salons and beauty professionals.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of hands-on experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a commercially minded approach to pricing, promotions, and account management.

Qualifications

• Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
• 3-7 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert to sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve sales and collection targets.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
• Develop and grow salon accounts; identify new business opportunities.
• Introduce new brands and product lines to accounts.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education and Brand teams to execute strategies.
