Job summary

Madi International seeks an experienced Professional Educator/Nail Trainer to support our sales team and grow our professional salon business across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The educator will train salon teams, accompany sales reps on client visits, and drive conversions in premium salons.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical education skills with a sales mindset, engaging in in-salon demonstrations, workshops, and events while building relationships with premium accounts and industry

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker with good professional English communication
• Minimum 3–5 years in professional beauty/salon industry
• Experience with premium/high-end salons in UAE preferred
• Existing knowledge and relationships in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market is a plus
• Strong technical/product knowledge in professional beauty
• Past roles as Educator, Technical Trainer, Sales Educator, Brand Educator or similar
• Strong commercial mindset linking education to sales results
• Confident in demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and coaching
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to visit salons regularly and drive field activity
• UAE driving license preferred
• Represent premium international brands with professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional product and technical training for salon owners, managers, hairstylists, therapists, and salon teams.
• Accompany Sales Representatives on field visits to provide technical and commercial support.
• Support sales team in new account openings, brand conversions, demonstrations, and closing opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts, premium salons, and industry professionals.
• Identify client needs and recommend products, services, protocols, and solutions.
• Conduct in-salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events, and product presentations.
• Follow up after training to ensure proper product usage and repeat orders.
• Support underperforming accounts by identifying gaps in knowledge, service, or product penetration.
• Collaborate with Sales to increase brands/categories in existing accounts.
• Assist team in achieving monthly sales targets and brand objectives.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, trends, pricing, and salon needs.
• Maintain training schedules, visit reports, and education performance records.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Brand Management, and Education teams.

The role is not limited to conducting training; the educator will actively work alongside the sales team in the market to support conversions, increase product usage, develop existing accounts, and open new opportunities, particularly within premium and high-end salons.

Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates with experience dealing with premium and high-end salons in the UAE.
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market would be a strong advantage.

• Previous experience as an Educator, Technical Trainer, Sales Educator, Brand Educator, or similar position.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect education directly to sales results.
• Confident in demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and one-to-one coaching.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and visiting salons regularly.
• UAE driving license is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent premium international brands.
