Job description

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; (Remotely)

Responsibilities:

• Implement the company's strategy in the UAE market, responsible for market expansion, brand development, and overall operations management in Dubai,UAE.
• Conduct sales forecasting for the Dubai,UAE market, and based on industry developments and customer demands, propose corresponding planning recommendations and sales strategies.
• Conduct market research in Dubai,UAE, including market trends, competitive landscape, relevant regulations, and new policies.
• Organize and build the relevant team for the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with the ability to communicate in both Chinese and English. Overseas study experience is preferred.
• At least five years of marketing experience in medium to large enterprises, with an understanding of project operations in the Dubai,UAE market.
• Experience in local operations and management in Singapore.
• Excellent business development skills and negotiation techniques, with strong execution and stress resistance.
• Familiarity with IT operations software, observability fields, and AIops products, with knowledge of related global products.
