Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in driving revenue and managing client relationships. You will handle quotations, proposals and customer correspondence, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.

The role requires 1–3 years in similar positions, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with CRM systems is advantageous and the position is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Administrative or Hospitality roles.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales team in achieving revenue and business development targets.
• Manage sales administration including quotations, contracts, proposals and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate client meetings, site inspections and sales appointments.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, databases and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and events.
• Assist in planning and organizing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
