Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Sales Coordinator – 5 Gallon Water in the UAE. The role manages the complete customer order coordination process for the 5 Gallon division, ensuring orders are received accurately, entered into the ERP, communicated to sales and delivery teams, and delivered on time while maintaining strong customer service and precise sales records.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or Sales Operations.
Experience in FMCG, bottled water, beverage, or 5 Gallon Water business preferred.
Strong MS Excel and ERP/Sales Systems usage, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and process daily 5 Gallon Water orders via phone, WhatsApp, email, reps.
Enter orders into ERP, ensuring details, quantities, and locations are correct.
Coordinate with sales, drivers, warehouse, and logistics for timely delivery.
Monitor orders, follow up on confirmations, delivery timing, and changes.
Maintain customer master data and assist with quotations and reports.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate immediate resolution.
Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly sales and order reports.
