Job summary

Everllence SE in Dubai is looking for a professional to handle the processing of spare parts enquiries and service-related orders. The successful candidate will prepare sales quotations while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of parts.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing spare parts enquiries.
• Process service-related spare parts orders & engine components.
• Preparation of sales quotations adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Coordinates with logistics for timely delivery of parts.
• Coordinates with Everllence Product HQ’s.
• Anayzes sales activities and prepares reports.
• Visits customers in the sales region as needed.
• Ensures accurate preparation of quotations.
• Follows up with freight companies.
• Controls delivery dates through coordination.
• Checks & books job-related travel expenses.
• Maintains accurate records of transactions.
• Handles customer queries.

Education

We can offer you the following tasks

• Responsible for processing of spare parts enquiries, which includes floating enquires to suppliers, preparing offers to customers and creating purchase orders to suppliers.
• Processes service related spare parts orders & engine components
• Preparation of sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence compliance guidelines.
• Follow ups, coordinates with logistics department and suppliers for timely delivery of spare parts and engine components
• Coordinates with Everllence Product HQ’s
• Analyzes sales activities and customers enquiries and prepare reports periodically
• Visits customer in the sales region whenever it is required
• Ensures timely and accurate preparation of quotations
• Follow ups with freight companies
• Controls delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with Everllence Product HQ’s
• Checking & booking of job related travel expenses.
• Maintains accurate records of all transactions
• Handles miscellaneous queries from customers
