Confidential, a leading foodservice distribution company in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the growing team. You will assist the assigned team, prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates with F&B industry experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply; immediate availability is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to their assigned team, preparing reports, assisting with administrative activities, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities:

• Sales Cycle Management: Actively involved in achieving set targets related to shipments and deliveries etc.
• Analytics & Business Development: Leads relevant analysis using company provided tools (business intelligence) to identify opportunities and generate actions plans.
• Relationship Management: Maintains excellent relationships with all strategic internal and external stakeholders involved with their team (salesforce, customers, suppliers).

Qualifications & Experience:

• College / University diploma or at least three years related experience and/or training; or equal combination of education and experience.
• Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Has the ability to identify customer needs and act accordingly.
• Has the ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding to cope with different business situations.
• Has the ability to develop and maintain relations within and outside the organization.
• Is informed about trends and developments relevant to his/her expertise, industry and organization.
• Demonstrates self-confidence and expertise and comes across as a credible speaker, and is able to switch easily from a complex level to simpler ideas.
