Job summary

ATS Internatiinal FZE in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Managers with quotations, order processing and customer follow-up. You will prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate delivery timelines.

You will work closely with purchasing, warehouse and logistics to confirm stock and shipment readiness, maintain customer records in Excel, and prepare export documentation with the shipping team. Fluency in English is required; Hindi/Arabic are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
• Working knowledge of part numbers, catalogs and cross-referencing.
• Strong Excel skills and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proforma invoices from customer enquiries
• Process sales orders, track back orders and follow up on pending deliveries
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse and logistics on stock availability and shipment readiness
• Maintain customer records and price history in Excel and our internal system
• Prepare export documentation in coordination with the shipping team

Requirements

• 2–3 years as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in automotive or industrial spare parts
• Working knowledge of part numbers, catalogues and OEM/aftermarket cross-referencing
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accurate data entry
• Good written and spoken English; Hindi, Arabic an advantage
• Currently in the UAE with immediate or short notice availability.
