Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm, friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions; recommend and demonstrate suitable products; close the sale.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and provide professional cashier service.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay updated on trends and promotions.
• Maintain grooming standards as advised.
• Keep displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and inform store manager of depletions.
• Follow refund/exchange policies and security and safety procedures.
• Collect customer details for the database using the POS system.
• Reduce stock loss by vigilance on sales floor and fitting rooms.
