Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closer role based in Dubai. The Sales Closer will engage with walk-in and inquiry-based customers, understand their pet care needs, and present Paw Street’s grooming, daycare, and boarding services in a clear and compelling way. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting consultations, explaining service packages and pricing, and guiding customers through the booking and payment process. The role involves handling objections, ensuring smooth deal closure, and maintaining accurate records of interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the sales system. The Sales Closer will collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to confirmed reservation and repeat business.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage confidently with pet parents and build trust. Candidates should possess Closings and Deal Closure skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and drive revenue. Candidates should possess knowledge of Escrow or similar payment and booking processes to manage secure transactions and documentation. Experience in retail, hospitality, or service-based sales, ideally within pet care or a related industry, is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Comfort using basic CRM or booking systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in records. High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a genuine interest in pets and their well-being. Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory with strong experience.
