Job summary

The Petshop in Dubai is hiring a Grooming Driver to deliver professional pet grooming at customers' locations using a mobile grooming van. The role combines grooming, driving, customer service, van maintenance, and appointment management for a safe, high-quality pet care experience.

Must have at least 2 years of grooming experience and a valid UAE manual driving license, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments in a mobile setting.

Role Overview

The Grooming Driver is responsible for delivering professional pet grooming services at customers' locations while safely operating and maintaining the mobile grooming van. The role combines pet grooming, driving, customer service, van maintenance, and appointment management to ensure a safe, convenient, and high-quality grooming experience for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Transport and Set-Up: Safely drive the mobile grooming van to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals for scheduled appointments. Set up the grooming area within the van for efficient and effective pet care.
• Pet Care: Provide professional grooming services to pets, including washing, trimming, and styling, while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Van Maintenance: Ensure the grooming van is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies. Perform regular checks and minor repairs as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of appointments, services provided, and any client-specific notes to ensure continuity of care.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and clients, as well as compliance with local regulations.
