Job summary

Emagine Solutions FZE is seeking a high-output Sales Administrator / BD Coordinator to drive revenue through sales support, campaign execution and proactive lead management. You’ll plan simple B2B campaigns, manage LinkedIn activity, source leads, maintain CRM hygiene and support forecasting with clear weekly scorecards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales support / sales admin / BD support / coordinator / operations role
• Experience with a CRM/ATS or pipeline tracker
• Strong written English; comfortable supporting LinkedIn/email outreach
• Reliable, consistent, and able to meet weekly targets
• Comfortable building lists, trackers and basic dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel

Responsibilities

• Campaign + marketing execution: plan and run simple B2B campaigns to generate leads
• Social media management: handle daily LinkedIn activity and content repurposing
• Outbound BD coordination: manage daily/weekly outreach across LinkedIn/email/calls
• Lead sourcing + list building: build targeted B2B prospect lists by sector/geography
• Lead management: maintain lists, segment accounts, enrich data, keep records accurate
• CRM hygiene + sales ops: update stages, notes, tasks, reminders
• Pipeline administration: ensure each opportunity has owner, next action, timeline
• KPI tracking: monitor activity vs targets with weekly scorecards
• Weekly reporting: dashboards/scorecards for leadership
• Scheduling + coordination: meetings, follow-ups, interview logistics
• Process + templates: maintain templates, sequences, trackers, SOPs
• Sales collateral support: keep pitch materials current; create client slides
• Data quality: clean duplicates, standardise naming, ensure compliance
