Job summary

Role Description:

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate role is based in Dubai and focuses on providing outstanding customer service to travellers. The role involves welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable products and services across various retail categories while consistently meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store presentation. The Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate supports inventory management by replenishing stock, monitoring product levels, and participating in regular stock checks. The role also requires adherence to company policies and procedures, active participation in promotional activities, and collaboration with colleagues to create a positive, efficient, and service-oriented store environment.
