EST Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience while keeping store presentation and product knowledge up to date.

You will greet customers, help with product selection, and process transactions using POS systems. The role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic and confident personality.
• Basic computer/POS system knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• English proficiency required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
