We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate to support daily retail operations, assist customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer experience.
• Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally.
• Process sales transactions through the POS system.
• Support cash handling, billing, and payment processing.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced, and replenished.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with inventory/store teams.
• Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store campaigns.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current offers.
• Support daily store opening/closing activities as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with good selling and negotiation ability.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Basic experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
• Presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE/GCC retail experience is an advantage.
