Job summary

VIP Brokerage in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales, Leasing and off plan Consultants to convert qualified, company-generated leads into successful leasing transactions across Abu Dhabi.

We require professionals who understand the Abu Dhabi Off Plan, Resales & rental market, can manage landlords and tenants confidently, and have a proven record of closing leasing transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate leasing experience.
• Proven record of closed leasing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified company-generated leads into successful sales or leasing transactions.
• Understand buyer/tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage buyer/tenant and landlord relationships throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate sales/rental terms and close leasing transactions.
• Handle the sales/leasing process from enquiry through to signed agreement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and property owners.
• Follow up consistently and maintain an active sales/leasing pipeline.
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
• Valid Driving License and own car
• English is mandatory
• Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Russian or Spanish is an advantage
