Job summary

Zen Professional Development, a UAE-based training company, seeks a Sales Administrator in Dubai to manage proposals, follow-ups, and client communications. You will support the CEO, ensure timely proposal delivery, and maintain client relationships across Education, Healthcare, Corporate, Government and Hospitality sectors.

The role requires minimum 3 years in similar sales support, strong Zoho/CRM usage, and UAE/GCC experience. Office-based in Dubai with English fluency; Arabic welcome.

Responsibilities

• Draft proposals and prepare pre-call briefs
• Follow up on proposals and enquiries and schedule appointments
• Respond promptly to client, supplier and prospect enquiries
• Run admin follow-ups with clients and confirm sales appointments the same day
• Maintain warm relationships across sectors served and conduct monthly client satisfaction checks
