Job summary

Meraki Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Safety Officer (Safety Worden - Fadace) to safeguard on-site health and safety across infrastructure projects. You will implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture.

With 3+ years in construction safety, you will lead training, investigate incidents, liaise with regulators, and maintain records. NEBOSH/IOSH certifications are highly desirable; fluent Arabic and English preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a safety role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and safety briefings effectively.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
