Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead site safety initiatives in Dubai. The role involves developing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting inspections and risk assessments, and coordinating with authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

The candidate should have substantial UAE experience, with 5–15 years in safety roles, and a track record of implementing corrective actions, trainings, and emergency drills to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 to 15 years of site safety experience, preferably in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site safety procedures in compliance with UAE and Dubai regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare required reports.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, permit-to-work, working-at-height, scaffolding, and confined-space requirements.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities and management on HSE requirements.
• Implement emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills.
• Monitor safety equipment and ensure proper use and maintenance.
