Infopro Learning in Dubai is seeking a Senior Solutions & Innovation Architect to own complex learning projects and shape multi‑modal solution designs. You will lead automation, AI‑driven workflow design, and innovation showcases, partnering with Solutions Architects to deploy concepts into production.

The role requires strong stakeholder management with senior business and L&D leaders, vendor coordination, and end‑to‑end project leadership across flagship accounts in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in learning solutions architecture, learning innovation, or digital learning transformation.
• Proven track record owning complex, multi-modal solution design alongside automation, AI, or innovative technology solutions in learning contexts.
• Strong project management capabilities leading end-to-end implementations for high-visibility projects.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, automation, and digital learning platforms.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and translating technology concepts for non-technical senior stakeholder.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design for complex learning projects delivered from Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating multiple modalities and delivery channels.
• Create detailed design specifications guiding development and delivery teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project management from design to deployment for priority initiatives.
• Advocate for design integrity and manage stakeholder expectations across senior leadership.
