Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead GA programs for enterprise and professional audiences in Dubai. You will craft scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences, manage cross-functional teams, and translate workplace contexts into practical activities, labs, and assessments.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructors, product managers, and client teams to ensure outcomes align with GA’s standards while embracing AI tools and emerging technologies for impactful workplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
• Ability to design for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and the ability to apply them in learning experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Experience Designer for GA programs including AI and emerging technology
• Own requirements gathering, learning outcomes, timelines, scope and content quality from discovery through delivery
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, product managers, client success, and vendors to create scalable learning experiences
• Develop instructor-led materials, labs, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner resources
• Ensure learning outcomes drive practical workplace transfer and responsible technology use
